This workshop is for software engineering and product development teams. Participants will gain valuable insights into their team's performance, learn how to interpret their DORA metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.

MWM’s path to data-driven improvement

Step 1: We connect WayFinder to measure your product’s DORA Metrics: Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate and Time to Restore.

Step 2: Your team participates in an interactive workshop to establish the current development process state, understand the measurement potential and determine an action plan for improving your highest potential area.

Step 3: Your team uses WayFinder to implement the chosen action plan while monitoring your product’s metrics, course correcting over a 6-week period.

Step 4: We come back together at the end of the 6-week experiment to review the updated development process’s impact on your product’s metrics, and identify the learnings that can be communicated within the business, specifically around the team dynamic, processes and tools.
